My newsletter is distributed via MailChimp. If you signed up for my newsletter, I will only contact you through the newsletter. I will not send you any emails apart from that, nor do I share my newsletter list with anyone else. When people subscribe to my newsletter, I receive an email notification from MailChimp, and then I delete the notification. Your data is not used by me in any way or for any other purpose than this newsletter. If you signed up to receive my newsletter, Nancy's News, your data (in the form of your email address) will be shared with my newsletter provider MailChimp.
If you are an EU subscriber, having read through the GDSR Compliance regulations, I have concluded that the simplest way for you to comply is to either opt in (resubscribe) to the newsletter again, or if you no longer want to hear from me, simply unsubscribe.
EU subscribers, or anyone else for that matter, may unsubscribe from my mailing list any any time by visiting MailChimp directly or by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the newsletter.

Cookies: This site offers opt-in newsletter and email subscription services and cookies may be used to remember if you are already registered and whether to show certain notifications which might be valid to subscribed/unsubscribed users.
When you submit data to through a form such as those found on contact pages or comment forms cookies may be set to remember your user details for future correspondence.
I do not track users after they visit my site.
